What is DOOR-2-DOOR? And why should I use it?

Established in 2007, DOOR-2-DOOR is the longest running food delivery guide in Phnom Penh. We initially offered just a printed guide and have had an online presence since 2012. Who publishes DOOR-2-DOOR?

We also publish ANGKOR, the in-flight magazine of Cambodia Angkor Air, the national flag-carrying airline. How does the site work?

If you know which restaurant you want to order from, simply select your preferred restaurant from the “View all restaurants” tab or search by the restaurant name. If you are not sure where you want order from, you can search by cuisine or food options too. Once you have found the restaurant you want to order from you can browse the menu online and call the restaurant to place your order.

Can I place an order online?

Not yet… We are in the process of developing an online ordering system so watch this space!

Can I order drinks?

Yes, many of the participating restaurants serve soft drinks, fruit juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, beer and wine.

Do any of the restaurants offer vegetarian food?

Yes – vegetarian items are marked with a V after the item name on the menu.

Can I place orders with multiple restaurants?

Yes, though you will need to call the restaurants individually as each restaurant is responsible for its own delivery.

What times of day can I order food?

Delivery times vary from restaurant to restaurant but many offer a delivery service as early as 7am. Please see the opening times of the restaurant on their menu pages. Most restaurants stop offering deliveries after 10pm though there are several open later and a few past midnight. Please keep in mind that orders placed during peak periods may be subject to delays if the restaurant is busy with customers. Please also take into account traffic and weather conditions when placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact the restaurant as soon as possible after placing the initial order. Whether they are able to change or cancel the order will depend on whether it has yet been processed so any such requests will be at the discretion of the restaurant management.

Is there a minimum order value?

Some restaurants will only deliver orders over a certain value but this will be specified in the information panel for each restaurant. If in doubt we recommend you check directly with the restaurant.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on the restaurant, the item that you order, the distance to the delivery location and the time of day, so if you live in Chroy Changvar and order from a restaurant near the Russian Market don’t expect your food to arrive in ten minutes!. Delivery times can also be affected by traffic and weather conditions. We recommend you check with the restaurant when you place your order.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Any order placed with a restaurant represents a contract between you and the restaurant. If your order hasn’t arrived within the designated time, please call the restaurant directly to check on their progress.

Do I need to pay a delivery charge?

This depends on the restaurant where you place your order. Some offer free delivery and some will charge delivery for orders under a certain value. We recommend you check when you place your order.

How do I pay for my order?

You will need to pay by cash when your order is delivered. When you place your order, please let the restaurant know if you need change for a large bill.

Can I provide feedback?
